《Rate face. User Agreement》
  Before you download, install, or use the Rate face. APP product and any accompanying documents (if any), including updates or upgraded versions provided to you (except for updates or upgraded versions provided to you under other agreements outside this Agreement) (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Rate face."), please be sure to carefully read the following terms stipulated in this Agreement. If you are a minor, please review and decide whether to agree to this Agreement accompanied by your legal guardian. The use of Rate face. by a minor shall be deemed to have obtained the approval of the legal guardian. If you do not agree to all the terms of this Agreement, you have no right to register, log in, or use Rate face..
   Rate face. has the right to adjust this Agreement from time to time according to business needs and will publish the adjusted Agreement on the company's official website or in the Rate face. APP. If you do not agree to the adjusted Agreement, you shall stop using Rate face.. Otherwise, if you continue to use the services provided by Rate face. after the company adjusts and publishes the Agreement, it shall be deemed that you agree to abide by the adjusted Agreement.
1. User Rights and Obligations
  1. Users must download, install, and use Rate face. through legal channels (including but not limited to major app stores, Rate face. official website), which is a prerequisite for you to obtain the authorization to use Rate face..
  2. The service content enjoyed by users in Rate face. is provided by the company according to the actual situation, and the company has the right to add, delete, modify, or adjust it from time to time.
  3. The communication traffic fees incurred when using Rate face. shall be borne by the user.
  4. Users shall properly keep their accounts and passwords and shall not transfer, lend, rent, sell, or share them with others. Otherwise, Rate face. has the right to temporarily suspend or permanently block the account according to the actual situation. When a user's account or password is used without authorization, the user shall immediately notify Rate face.; otherwise, any unauthorized use shall be deemed as the user's own behavior.
  5. For the service content currently provided for free, the company has the right to change it to paid service at any time according to the adjustment of the company's policies. If such a change occurs, the company will inform users in advance. If users do not agree, they can stop using the service. For paid service content, the company has the right to determine the price of such services by itself and adjust it from time to time. The adjusted price will be announced in Rate face.. If users do not agree to the adjusted price, they can stop paying for the paid service after the expiration of the originally purchased paid service. If users continue to purchase the paid service after the company adjusts the price and announces it, it shall be deemed that users agree to the adjusted price. It is prohibited to resell, peddle, rent, lend, or transfer user accounts in any form.
  6. During use, you shall bear all legal liabilities arising from the following acts, and the company shall not be liable for your following acts:  
 Acts that undermine the basic principles established by the Constitution;
  Acts that endanger national security, leak state secrets, subvert state power, or undermine national unity;
  Acts that harm national honor and interests;
  Acts that incite ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermine ethnic unity;
  Acts that violate national religious policies, promote cults, or feudal superstitions;
  Acts that spread rumors, disturb social order, or undermine social stability;
  Acts that spread obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or instigate crimes;
  Acts that insult or slander others, or infringe upon others' legitimate rights and interests;
  Content that contains other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
  7. You agree not to engage in the following acts through this product:
  Publishing or sharing computer viruses, worms, malicious codes, or software that intentionally damages or alters computer systems or data;  
 Collecting information or data of other users without authorization, such as illegally collecting the personal information of a third party and infringing upon the third party's privacy or other legitimate civil rights and interests;
  Maliciously using this product in an automated manner, causing excessive burden on the server, or otherwise interfering with or damaging the server and network links of this product;
  Attempting to access the server data or communication data of this product without authorization;
  Interfering with or disrupting the use of this product by other users;
  Modifying, cracking, decompiling, disassembling, or reverse-engineering this product, or releasing modified or cracked versions of this product without the company's authorization;
2. Rights Statement
  This product is protected by intellectual property laws of China and other countries, and international intellectual property conventions (including but not limited to copyright law, trademark law, patent law, etc.). All rights not granted to you are reserved by the company, and you may not remove the company's copyright notices or other rights statements from this product.
3. Disclaimer
  Before releasing this product, the company has conducted as detailed technical tests and functional tests as possible on the product. However, due to the complexity of electronic devices, operating systems, and network environments, the company cannot guarantee that this product will be compatible with all users' electronic devices, nor can it guarantee that users will not encounter any technical failures during the use of this product.
   Due to the free and open nature of the network environment, our products or services may be modified, cracked, and released on the Internet by third parties without authorization. It is recommended that users download and install our products from the company's official application channels, such as the official website and third-party app stores that have been certified by the company. We will not be liable for any unofficial versions.
4. Force Majeure and Limitation of Liability
  Force Majeure: During the validity period of this Agreement, if a force majeure event occurs, either party may temporarily suspend the performance of its obligations under this Agreement until the impact of the force majeure event is eliminated, and the affected party shall not be liable for breach of contract, but shall promptly notify the other party of the force majeure event and make every effort to overcome the event and reduce the expansion of losses. Force majeure refers to events that are beyond the control of the parties, unforeseeable, or even if foreseeable, unavoidable, and which are sufficient to hinder, affect, or delay either party from performing all or part of its obligations under this Agreement. Such events include but are not limited to natural disasters, wars, changes in laws and regulations, government orders, computer viruses, hacker attacks, or service interruptions of basic telecommunications operators.
  Limitation of Liability: The total amount of damages caused to you by the company, its branches, and its managers, directors, partners, employees, and contractors shall be limited to the amount you paid for using the product. You waive the right to claim compensation for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, income, use, or loss of data and applications, even if the company is aware of the possibility of such losses.
5. Protection of Personal Information
  Protecting the security of users' personal information and safeguarding users' privacy is our consistent philosophy, and we implement it throughout the project initiation, development, and operation of all products or services. To continuously optimize the user experience and provide users with more personalized and intelligent content and services, we will collect your personal information and non-personal information. When using a specific product, you can view the "Privacy Policy" of that product to learn about the content of the information we collect, the purpose of use, and how to protect the security of your information. This "User Agreement" and the "Privacy Policy" both form part of this Agreement.
