Terms of Membership Agreement

The "Terms of Membership Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") are the terms entered into by all entities (including but not limited to individuals, organizations, etc.) that use the membership agreement of this product (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "user") and Jinjiang Yishun Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") based on the agreement on the membership agreement of this product (hereinafter referred to as "the Service")!
You understand and agree that when you use this membership agreement, you are accepting and complying with all terms of these Membership Terms, the "Membership Agreement", the "Privacy Policy" as well as various norms and rules. Before applying to use this membership agreement for this product, in order to protect your own rights and interests, it is recommended that you carefully read the specific statements of each term and you shall carefully read these Membership Terms. If you have any questions about the terms, you may consult the customer service.
I. Content of the Membership Agreement
1. Description of Membership Agreement Rights and Interests
The content of the membership agreement rights and interests refers to the exclusive membership rights and interests services that users of this product can enjoy within the application of this product after paying the membership fee. The specific content shall be subject to the description on the user rights and interests introduction page of this product. You understand and agree that this product has the right to modify, adjust, cancel or add all or part of the membership rights and interests and special membership agreements according to market conditions, and the specific content shall be subject to what is announced on the relevant service page and actually provided. It is specially reminded that you should note:
(1) There are multiple tiers of membership agreements for this product for you to choose from, and the specific tiers shall be subject to the actual content displayed on the membership center page of this product;
(2) Term of the membership agreement: The service term of your VIP membership agreement shall be subject to the service term corresponding to the membership fee you choose and pay. It shall start from the time when you become a VIP member. When the term of the membership agreement expires, this product will stop providing you with the VIP membership agreement. Please understand that due to the particularity of Internet services, the term of the VIP membership agreement includes the reasonable time required by this product for troubleshooting, server maintenance, adjustment, upgrade, or handling of third-party infringement. However, this product will try its best to minimize the impact.
(3) If you cannot use the membership after purchase, please check the following:
* There may be a payment delay. Please try again later;
* Ensure that the mobile phone system date is calibrated correctly and confirm whether you are logged in;
* The logged-in account must be consistent with the account used for purchase;

2. Preferential Activity Policies
This product may, according to the actual operation situation, offer preferential treatments such as extension and rights and interests upgrade for the VIP membership agreements that have been purchased and remain valid in different stages. The specific preferential policies shall be subject to the notices on the relevant service pages of this product.
3. Differences in Devices and Systems
After you become a VIP member, the specific rights and interests or service content that you can actually use may differ due to differences in the software version, device, operating system you use, and other third-party reasons. Please refer to the rights and interests or service content that you can use. You understand and agree not to pursue or exempt the Company from relevant liabilities for any inconvenience that may be caused to you. It is recommended that you try to solve the problem by upgrading the application program or operating system version, replacing the device used, etc., or directly contact this product through the method provided in this agreement for solution.
It is specially reminded that some membership rights and interests need to meet certain software version, device or operating system requirements. Therefore, it is recommended that you upgrade the application program or operating system version in a timely manner or replace the device used to smoothly enjoy the membership rights and interests for a complete experience of all rights and interests.
II. Activation and Modification of the Membership Agreement
1. Activation
The membership agreement can be purchased through WeChat Pay or Alipay. Before purchasing, you need to register and log in to an account first, and you will become a member after paying the fee. After you activate the membership agreement, you will enjoy the corresponding service experience according to your recharge records and the relevant activities you participate in. The specific content shall be subject to what is announced on the relevant service page and actually provided. However, this product has the right to modify all or part of the membership rights and interests based on its own business development needs. For the aforesaid adjustment of rights and interests, this product will update and display them on the corresponding service page, and you can also query the latest membership rights and interests content through the mobile terminal of this product.
2. Modification and Termination
1. The modification or termination of the Service includes the following situations:
(1) You take the initiative to modify or terminate, including but not limited to canceling the account, failing to renew after expiration, etc.;
(2) This product takes the initiative to modify or terminate the service because you have committed a breach of contract;
(3) When required by the state or relevant departments or in case of force majeure (force majeure refers to unforeseeable, unavoidable and insurmountable objective circumstances, including national laws, regulations, policies, orders of state organs and other government actions, or other events such as typhoons, floods, earthquakes, tsunamis, wars, strikes, etc.), the Service is modified, suspended or terminated;
(4) Other situations where the service should or needs to be modified or terminated according to laws and regulations or business adjustments of this product;
(5) Other situations that this product cannot resist, such as: the product is permanently removed from the shelves or not in operation due to irresistible reasons, and this product modifies, suspends or terminates the service;
2. When the aforesaid termination situations occur, this product will handle the interruption or termination of the Service with you in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations.
III. Fees
1. Payment Methods
The VIP membership agreement of this product is a paid service. You can pay the VIP membership fee through the payment methods actually supported by this product, such as WeChat Pay, Alipay, etc.
2. Fee Standards
The payment methods and fee standards for the VIP membership agreement and other additional paid services are independently determined by this product after comprehensive consideration of the company's operating costs, operating strategies, etc. (adjustments include but are not limited to promotions, price increases, etc.), and will be displayed to you on the relevant product service promotions and payment pages. If the relevant payment methods change when you purchase or renew, the payment methods actually supported by this product shall prevail; if the price of the relevant services has been adjusted, the current valid price published on this product shall prevail (unless otherwise agreed between this product and you).
It is specially reminded that you should carefully check the account information, the content of the service purchased, the price, the service term and other information before purchasing the VIP membership agreement.
IV. Membership Management and Usage Rules
1. This product will from time to time issue and revise user codes, activity rules, usage rules, announcements, prompts, notices and online FAQs regarding members according to management needs. You understand and agree that complying with the membership obligations specified in such documents is one of the conditions for continuously providing you with the services of this product.
2. The membership agreement is a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license granted to you by this product on the condition that you comply with these Terms and relevant laws and regulations. You may only use it for non-commercial purposes and only for private use.
3. The membership agreement is limited to your use within this product. Any act of separating the services of this product from this product by illegal means such as cracking, translation, transcription, etc. does not belong to the membership agreement agreed in these Terms. This product reserves the right to pursue legal liability and claim compensation against the infringer.
4. Any membership agreement obtained by theft, exploiting system vulnerabilities, through any non-official or authorized channels of this product (including but not limited to obtaining through purchase, rental, borrowing, sharing, assignment, etc.), or obtained by maliciously taking advantage of or sabotaging membership activities shall not be protected. This product has the right to cancel and/or not provide the membership agreement, and all losses and liabilities arising therefrom shall be borne by the actor.
5. If you lose the membership account information used when logging in to this product, resulting in inability to use the membership agreement, if you need to retrieve it, you shall follow the official operation guidelines of this product to retrieve it, and ensure that the information and supporting documents provided are legally true and valid. If the provided materials are untrue or do not meet the requirements and fail to pass the security verification, it may lead to failure in retrieving the account, and the corresponding risks and losses shall be borne by you. You understand that it takes a reasonable time for this product to take action and handle your request. Except for the legal fault of this product, this product shall not be liable for your losses.
6. You understand and agree that this product may modify and adjust the membership rights and interests in order to provide you with better services, including but not limited to:
(1) Adjustment of the specific content of membership rights and interests;
(2) Changes in membership payment methods, prices, etc.;
(3) Other changes announced on the platform.
7. You agree and understand that due to the particularity of Internet services, this product has the right to modify, change, interrupt or terminate part or all of the services, or change, delete or transfer the content stored and published by users on this product for legitimate reasons, collectively referred to as "change actions". This product reserves the right to take the aforesaid change actions without notifying you, and you agree that the services provided in accordance with any provisions of these Service Terms may be changed, interrupted or terminated without prior notice. And you agree that this product shall not be liable to you or any third party for any losses caused by the change actions.
V. Liability for Breach of Contract
1. You confirm and agree that in the process of using the membership agreement, you shall comply with the provisions of these Terms, the provisions of laws and regulations (including regulations, rules and any other legally effective norms), the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, the legitimate rights and interests of this product, and the norms of using the Service to obtain illegal benefits, including but not limited to improper profit-making through resale, assignment, sub-licensing, etc. Once it is found that you have violated the above norms, this product has the right to take one or more of the following measures according to your behavior:
(1) Take technical measures to delete, block or disconnect the relevant information;
(2) Take measures including but not limited to suspending or terminating part or all of the Service;
(3) Deduct the duration of membership rights and interests during the period when the breach of contract occurs.
2. This product is not required to refund any fees to you based on the aforesaid handling. The unused service fees shall be regarded as liquidated damages and owned by this product, and you shall bear the losses of your relevant membership rights and interests.
VI. Risk and Disclaimer
1. Please comply with national laws and regulations, do not damage the legitimate rights and interests of third parties and the relevant terms and rules of this product in the process of using the membership agreement. Your operations such as uploading, publishing or transmitting content on this product are your personal behaviors. This product shall not be liable for the accuracy, authenticity, availability, security, integrity and legitimacy of such information and content. You shall bear full responsibility for your behaviors and guarantee to exempt this product from relevant liabilities.
2. After you activate the Service through the designated channels of this product, the specific services you can actually use may differ due to differences in the software version, device, operating system you use, and other third-party reasons. You understand and agree not to pursue or exempt this product from relevant liabilities for any inconvenience that may be caused to you.
3. You shall not activate the Service for yourself or others through any of the following ways:
(1) Activate the Service for yourself or others for non-personal use purposes such as profit-making and business operations;
(2) Activate the Service for yourself or others through any program or software such as robot software, spider software, crawler software, screen-swiping software, etc.;
(3) Activate the Service for yourself or others through any improper means or in a manner that violates the principle of good faith;
(4) Activate the Service for yourself or others through means not designated by Jinjiang Yishun Information Technology Co., Ltd.;
(5) Activate the Service for yourself or others by infringing the legitimate rights and interests of Jinjiang Yishun Information Technology Co., Ltd. or others;
(6) Activate the Service for yourself or others in other ways that violate relevant laws, administrative regulations, national policies, etc.;
4. When using the services provided by this product, if you suffer any personal or property loss, damage or injury, this product shall not be liable unless otherwise explicitly stipulated by law. Any loss such as leakage of personal data caused by your telling others your personal password or sharing your registered account with others shall be borne by you.
5. You understand and agree that the service period of this membership agreement includes the reasonable time required by the Company for troubleshooting, server maintenance, adjustment, upgrade, handling of third-party infringement, etc., and no additional compensation will be made for the time required for the above situations.
6. Any personal or financial loss, damage or injury caused by reasons not attributable to this product, such as communication line failures of telecommunications and Netcom departments, network or computer failures, system instability, force majeure (such as earthquakes), shall be borne by you, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.
7. Handling after service modification or termination:
(1) After modifying or terminating the service, this product has the right but not the obligation to ensure that you receive a special prompt or notice. When you find that you cannot log in or enjoy the service, you can consult the online customer service of this product (Settings - Online Customer Service);
(2) Except for the liabilities stipulated by law, this product shall not be liable to users or any third party for the suspension or termination of the Service;
