Article 1 Agreement Notice

1.1 This Agreement is a valid contract entered into between the operator of the Rate face. platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Rate face. software") and the user (hereinafter referred to as "you", "Rate face. software VIP Member" (hereinafter referred to as "VIP Member")) regarding matters related to the automatic renewal of the continuous subscription membership. 1.2 This Agreement is a special agreement supplementary to the "Rate face. Software VIP Membership Service Agreement" signed between Rate face. and you. Matters not covered in this Agreement shall be governed by the "Rate face. Software VIP Membership Service Agreement". 1.3 This Agreement constitutes a prerequisite for your use of the VIP Member continuous subscription service. You shall not be entitled to use the continuous subscription service unless you accept the terms of this Agreement. By clicking on the "Weekly Membership", "Monthly Membership", or "Annual Membership" package on the purchase page and paying the first installment fee, you are deemed to have carefully read this Agreement and agreed to accept all the terms and conditions herein. If you do not agree with this Agreement or any of its terms during the reading process, you shall immediately stop activating the VIP Member continuous monthly membership package.

Article 2 Service Description

2.1 Service Overview

This automatic renewal service is launched to meet your needs for automatic renewal of VIP Member continuous monthly, continuous weekly, and continuous annual packages. When you have become a member and activated this service, it is designed to prevent losses caused by your failure to renew in a timely manner due to negligence or other reasons.

2.2 Renewal Authorization

(1) If you authorize automatic renewal through the Apple App Store (iOS system): You authorize the Rate face. software and the Apple App Store to automatically deduct the membership fee for the next cycle from your iTunes account (hereinafter referred to as the "payment account") 24 hours before the expiration of your VIP membership, without verifying information such as the member account password, payment password, or SMS verification code, and to extend your membership duration according to the corresponding period. The prerequisite for this service to be implemented is that you have bound your Rate face. software account to the above-mentioned account, and the balance in the payment account is not less than the renewal amount. If the renewal fails due to your failure to bind the account or insufficient deductible balance in the bound account, you shall bear the consequences on your own, and the Rate face. software shall have the right to suspend/terminate the corresponding membership rights and services.

(2) If you authorize automatic renewal through other third-party payment platforms (such as WeChat, Alipay, etc.): You authorize the Rate face. software and the third-party payment platform you have bound to automatically deduct the membership fee for the next cycle from the third-party payment platform account (hereinafter referred to as the "payment account") 48 hours before the expiration of your VIP membership, without verifying information such as the member account password, payment password, or SMS verification code, and to extend your membership period according to the corresponding period. The prerequisite for this service to be implemented is that you have bound your Rate face. software account to the above-mentioned account, and the account balance is not less than the renewal amount. If the renewal fails due to your failure to bind the account or insufficient deductible balance in the bound account, you shall bear the consequences on your own, and the Rate face. software shall have the right to suspend/terminate the corresponding membership rights and services.

2.3 Cancellation of Renewal

Your authorization for automatic renewal is revocable. If you have any questions about the operation of canceling the renewal authorization, you may contact the official customer service of the Rate face. software.

(1) If you authorized renewal through the Apple App Store: You can manually open "Settings" on your Apple mobile phone before the automatic deduction, enter "iTunes & App Store", click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscriptions", and select the Rate face. software VIP membership service to cancel the subscription. If you do not turn off the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, you will be deemed to agree to continue the authorization, and this subscription (automatic renewal) will be automatically renewed.

(2) If you authorized renewal through other third-party payment platforms: You can cancel the continuous automatic renewal (deduction) service through the third-party payment platform 48 hours before the automatic deduction. After canceling the automatic renewal function, the Rate face. software will no longer initiate automatic deductions when your membership expires.

2.4 Service Disclaimer

Your authorized automatic renewal service permission shall be deemed as your own act of purchasing and activating the Rate face. software VIP membership. The Rate face. software and third-party payment platforms do not support refunds for renewed fees. You warrant that you will not claim any rights or hold the Rate face. software liable for any losses arising therefrom.

Article 3 Rights and Obligations of Both Parties

3.1 Renewal Time

The Rate face. software will deduct the fee for the next billing cycle through the above-mentioned payment account, which will be deducted before the expiration of the VIP membership (24 hours for the Apple App Store, 48 hours for third-party payment platforms), and the amount will be recorded in the VIP member's payment record, and the validity period of the VIP membership will be extended accordingly.

3.2 Active Cancellation

It is up to you to actively choose whether to cancel this service. If you do not actively cancel, it indicates that you agree to this Agreement and authorize the Rate face. software to automatically deduct the fee at the agreed time. Once the deduction is successful, the Rate face. software will activate the membership service for one billing cycle for you. The operation of authorizing the Rate face. software to automatically renew through the Apple App Store or other payment platforms before you actively choose to terminate the automatic renewal function remains valid, and the Rate face. software will not refund the successfully deducted fees.

3.3 Abnormal Handling

After you activate the continuous subscription package, if there is an abnormal deduction, the Rate face. software is obliged to cooperate closely with you to find out the cause and each party shall bear the losses caused by its own fault; if the loss is caused by the unequal faults of both parties, both parties shall bear corresponding responsibilities according to the degree of their faults; if the loss is caused by the joint fault of both parties but the respective faults cannot be distinguished, both parties shall share the liability equally.

3.4 Update and Public Notice

The Rate face. software reserves the right to unilaterally decide whether to adjust the price of the continuous subscription package and the service terms of this Agreement due to business needs, market changes, or other reasons. Before making the above changes or adjustments, the modified content will be公示 on the relevant pages of the Rate face. software, but there is no obligation to give separate notice. If you do not agree with the modification of this Agreement, you must actively cancel the automatic renewal authorization; if you continue to use the Rate face. software VIP Member continuous subscription service or do not actively cancel the automatic renewal authorization, you shall be deemed to have accepted all modifications to this Agreement.

3.5 If you renew during the validity period of your membership, the validity period will be extended on the basis of the original membership service validity period.

3.6 If the price of the Rate face. software membership service is adjusted at or before the time of automatic renewal, the currently effective price publicly announced by the Rate face. software shall prevail.

Article 4 Term and Termination of the Agreement

4.1 Effectiveness and Termination

This Agreement shall take effect from the time you select the continuous subscription membership package on the relevant page of the Rate face. software platform and pay the first installment fee, and shall terminate when you actively cancel this continuous monthly service, unless otherwise specified or publicly announced by the Rate face. software.
4.2 Right of Unilateral Termination

Due to business needs, market changes, or other reasons, the Rate face. software has the right to notify the termination of this Agreement through the page of the Rate face. software platform 3 days in advance. From the date of issuance of the termination notice, the continuous monthly membership function shall be terminated and this Agreement shall be terminated simultaneously, but this shall not affect the membership rights and interests within the paid membership period.
